Return, Refund Policy

Physical Product Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing your home backup system.
Because these products involve large-format equipment, freight shipping, and installation-sensitive components, all returns are handled through an approval process to ensure proper handling and product eligibility.

30-Day Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for return:
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned
  • Return requests must be approved prior to shipment
Installed, modified, damaged, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval.

Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or fulfillment issue, return shipping costs will be covered.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
